BEGINNER SPIN
Been wanting to try a spin class but aren't sure where to start? We've got you covered with our introduction class! Come learn the basic techniques and movements, the bike set up and have a blast riding to the beat of the music!
SPIN + HIIT
Ready for a NEW challenge? Join us for a 60 minutes class combining spin + high intensity intervals all into one!
This class will be both on and off the bike. Exercises on the mat will focus on strength, core and glutes!
POUND FIT
The power behind your strength and some sticks in your hands! Inspired by the energizing & sweat dripping fun of playing drums. Using ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out!
ZUMBA
Perfect for Everybody and every body! Each class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on! This high energy class mixes low-intensity and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check! Super fun? Check and Check!
BOOTCAMP
Our bootcamp is all about improving your strength and endurance. Your instructor will guide you through energizing circuits using weights + resistance bands designed to deliver a full body workout!
